Next Steps provides person-centred support for adults and children with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and complex needs across the country. We have successfully transitioned many of our clients, even those with the most complex needs and challenging behaviour to re-integrate and be part of their communities, empowering and enabling them to lead the lives they choose.
Our approach to supporting people is always based on the foundations of providing a bespoke and person-centred service; developed around the individual and their specific needs. We believe in and highly value the involvement of all forms of support networks, especially the involvement of family members and other professionals. Our highly skilled team place great value on enabling the people we support to gain more independence and achieve their goals.
